為打擊犯罪 要先留漏洞？

在動物農莊有三個毒犯，就是三隻小豬。有一天大野狼警察來了，三隻小豬飛快的跑進各自的販毒堡壘。老大的是稻草蓋的，大野狼警察吹口氣就逮捕了大豬。二豬的是用木頭蓋的，大野狼警察三兩下就把木頭房屋劈碎了，逮捕了二豬。



接著，大野狼警察來到三豬的磚屋前，使盡方法房子卻連刮痕都沒有。大野狼警察便下了一道命令：以後建築商蓋磚屋，必須偷偷裝上警方專用爆破裝置，以方便警方隨時爆破查緝犯罪逮捕犯人。命令一出，動物們一片譁然。



電話可以被監聽是個漏洞，警方雖然可以利用此漏洞打擊犯罪，但這不代表百姓一定要在其他通訊系統刻意留下漏洞。



因為警方必須利用傳統電話的漏洞進行監聽、打擊犯罪，所以不可以建造Skype這種沒有漏洞的電話系統，如果這個理論成立，延伸下去，是否有一天電腦安全到達巔峰，警方沒有漏洞可鑽時，作業系統要特別內建可以讓警方監控的系統？



政府是百姓的僕人，百姓是國家的主人，僕人不可以以安全為理由，強行要求破解主人的安全系統。如果政府硬幹，那就不曉得誰是主人、誰是僕人了。
